Eight years in the bottled have exposed subtle petrol on the nose and honey characteristics on the palate. A deep minerality and soft flavors of green apple and key lime give this wine a clean, refreshing finish, making it an excellent pairing for meaty fish, roasted poultry, grilled bratwurst, and fine aged cheeses.
