Aromas of dried berries mingle with notes of tart cherry and plum with a soft and supple finish. This Cabernet Franc was aged in stainless steel and has spent seven years in the bottle. T23 can be paired with a great variety of foods, especially tomato-based dishes, and grilled or roasted poultry or pork.
